For @vistatec.com users, we have two possible scenarios:
- You want to recover a forgotten password.
- You want to change a known password.
Forgotten password:
If the password you typed is incorrect, you will see a message that says:
"Your account or password is incorrect. If you don't remember your password, reset it now."
Click on the link below to reset your password for Office 365:
https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/
- Enter your @vistatec.com user and type the captcha.
- You will receive an SMS with a verification code on your registered phone.
- Enter the code indicated in your Authenticator app > Select Next:
- Enter a new password and confirm by repeating the same password and click Finish.
- Done. you have successfully changed your password
Known password
If you know your password, and need to change it, please follow the steps below:
- Go to My Account (microsoft.com) > CHANGE PASSWORD:
- Enter your old password > Create a new password > Click Submit:
- Done. you have successfully changed your password:
